Interview by committee with each member having a list of questions . They went around the table, each taking turns and asking fairly standard questions. None were particularly difficult. The interview was for an Administrative Assistant position.

Why do you think you're qualified for this position?
The initial interview was a phone interview followed by an in-person meeting with the team and direct supervisor. Overall, the process was logical and easy to follow, while I did not get an offer for this position (it went to an internal candidate) they seemed to like my qualifications and indicated that they wish that they did have a place on their team.
