Several days after they invited me for an interview, which consisted of three 1-1 conversations: 1. HR - motivation and stuff like that again 2. Head of Securities Custody- some job-specific questions about legislation and process of dividend payments, SWIFT knowledge etc. Asked me which group would I like to join, on which I replied:dividend processing' 3. Head of Dividend Processing - she was checking if have a general understanding of the area. I received an offer within two weeks after.
