I applied online in December and got a mail back asking more about my profile and didn't hear anything for two months then in February got a call from HR and she asked generic questions based on my resume and other HR questions and scheduled my interview through the MS team. But the interview got postponed and they informed me in the MS team instead of informing me beforehand. Then again rescheduled the interview and it was an average interview from my side questions were asked from my resume and other situational questions and questions were confusing. Mind it interview was taken by a single guy.

only had 1 round, behavioral, this was for an intern position. really only an assessment of your values/culture fit. Be prepared to discuss why ICF, why this position, and why sustainability focus if necessary

I applied through Careers Page and received a call from HR in few days. There was a basic resume shortlisting and it was followed by 2 rounds of interview. One with Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant. Another with Senior Manager.

Panel interview with hiring managers for an on-site consulting role; good to know cases well and be informed about the company’s value/mission but the questions were standard and not difficult or technical
