Hiring process was quite thorough. After campus interview, was flown down for super Saturday event. Friday night consisted on networking/meeting IBM employees. Some people may look like other people interviewing but make note that people are probably evaluating you at this event as well. Saturday consisted of 3 one on one interviews. The interviews were pretty random and mostly discussed topics on Resume and situations scenarios.
