Erika reached out to me on LinkedIn. Did not apply. Schedule a call with her to learn more about the role. It was a zoom call that was being recorded... the conversation was very dry and impersonal. She started asking me about myself. At the last moment she the shared what the role was.

Growth Org chat: 4 levels: level 2 experienced closer, 100% to quota to move to level 3. Assigned a Mentor from day 1. Fully remote role. Training you fly out to headquarters. Sales kick off in April. Ramp up month 3 you start quote 30% in Month 12 your quota is 100% $146,000 hitting go 100% . $74,000 base $72,000 commission
I was rejected end of day from interview process no feedback was ever given. This company just seems like you're a number from the one conversation I had with their recruitment team.

Initial phone interview. Very quick follow up once I send my cover letter and resume. Introduction from the recruitment employee on Hubspot and the sales team structure in Australia. Very strict, obviously account based. You have to stick to the list that's given to you. Than questions on why I applied, and how I sell right now. They also do not sponsor account managers in Australia on a 482 short term visa.

Three step process including an interview with the department manager, department manager and a team members then a a role play interview on the sales/booking process. The interviews were a little spread out but that was due to company wide meetings at the time.
