You had to make sure you had a good GPA and you had to go to 3 meetings before even applying for the job. then you had to go through an interview process to see if you are the right fit

1:1 interview and group interview, held group interview in a classroom and gave us questions about how we would rank situations. We had to work together to come up with our final ranking

The interview was with two members of the Office of Student Life, and was around 15 minutes long. Afterwards, I asked for feedback and one of the two interviewers offered to meet in person to go over it, which I found extremely helpful.
