Over 6 weeks between first and second interview. I received an offer for much less than I was initially told by recruiter. During counter offer, recruiter informed them that I was pregnant. HS refused counter offer and instead of sticking with their initial offer, they said they would be moving on to next candidate. They went from saying they wanted to invest in me for the next 15 years to not negotiating at all. I honestly believe it was because I was pregnant.
