Interviewed with store manager for the position. The interview consisted of general questions regarding interacting with customers and fellow employees. Additionally, my ability to take direction from supervisor. I was also asked about my ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

I was contacted a week after submitting my application online. Interview was set up for Saturday at 10 AM. Showed up 15 minutes early and the hiring manager forgot I was scheduled for an interview. The interview itself took about 40 minutes, very thorough.

Met with store manager. He asked some questions that were on a form. Then he added his own questions that opened me up more, like what do I look for from a store associate when I shop in any store.
