Overall, very unorganized. Less than 24 hours before my call, I got a notification that the interviewer couldn't make it. The same thing happened after my interview. I was told I would get a follow-up within a few weeks, and I didn't hear back for multiple weeks despite reaching out again a few times. They finally replied and told me I would have a response within a time range, and again, I never heard back. I would've appreciated a clear rejection rather than being left in the dark. Job searching can be a stressful time, and simple communication can do a lot.
