Entretien
I had a one on one interview with the program manager who talked about the job and the company. I was asked questions about my background and different experiences. I was also given a chance to ask my own questions. I was invited back for a second interview with the program manager and some of the other employment counselors. They asked some basic questions about my experience and what I could bring to the organization. I was also able to ask the counselors about their experiences in the job.

Entretien
It's like a typical interview. They introduce the position and tell you about the company then start. You are being interviewed by two staff members. They have two pages, front and back full of questions.

Entretien
The interview took approx 1.5 hours, there were 2 pages worth of questions but as long as you know about yourself and your qualities it should be okay, it felt more like a conversation it was definitely a comfortable environment, I learned a lot about the organization as well.
