Was to be 5 interviews but ended up being 4. The talent recruiter will be your 1st. She gets rid of the junk, asks questions, makes sure you fit the requirements of the tasks you are being hired for. The next interview, my experience is interviewed for the job you will be working in. Not necessarily who you fall under but the area you fall into. That is the 2nd interview, exactly 30 minutes. That interview asks fairly specific questions regarding your resume, what they are interested in. The 3rd interview is an hour, two employees interviewing you. My interviewer was my current manager and a subject matter expert for the job and his Director listening in (did little talking) : interview: 1 hour. The 4th interview was just a call from the security officer trying to verify my clearance level and the last and 5th interview was supposed to be a partner at Washington DC it was hard to get a meeting with that partner. Normally, you would be flown to meet the partner but COVID has changed things. so that was scratched and my start date went from the 22nd of Feb. to 1st Feb.
