17th Dec 2016:- Graphene called for Interview on Dec 17th 2016 for only Fresher's who are willing to join Immediately (that is by 1 week) around 80-100 fresh graduates attended first round was technical aptitude, test was scheduled to start at 10AM and 9:30AM was closing time for registration there were not prepared for anything at 10AM they started to take printouts of question paper and test started at 11AM which was for 2hrs. The first round over they told results will be announced by 3PM , @3 results announced around 25-30 members got selected. 2nd round technical face2face started immediately HR round was also taken those who got selected in 2nd round, in HR round after all the HR formalities questions asked they told 1 more round of technical face2face will be there next week that they will let us know by mail/call within Tuesday (20th Dec 2016) tuesday over no calls, wednesday i sent mail asking for update about interview but no reply after 1 week i.e., 27th Dec 2016 got call from HR saying that come for HR discussion about salary and bond formalities discussion i.e., on 28th Dec 2016 they said be on time 3PM latecomers won't be entertained , all the members who were called were present on time at their office they told to wait for hal-an-hour that they will call us, 1/2 hr over - 1hr over no representatives from them to inform about why late or they will take HR discussion or not , finally after 3hrs waiting they called us inside all members together and there it was no discussions at all, they have put all the details about salary, bond, rules on projector it was 15min presentation after that they gave bond to get it sign from us and surety person and along with certain documents to get it next day. Upon submitting bond only they will give us temporary offer letter where that offer letter gets valid only when we clear client-technical F2F interview. 29th Dec 2016:- Next day 29th Dec 2016, 5PM was given time to present there to submit the bonds and get temporary offer letter, but this time also they called us inside around 6:30PM and when asked about when will be client F2F interview, they told they will inform us by call/mail as they didn't had any idea (no planning itself till yet) . 4th Jan 2017 4th Jan 2017 got call from HR saying that on 6th client interview will be there and as usual they told to be on time @9:30AM on 6th Jan on their office premises itself and late comers won't be entertained and now 1 more addition now again the whole interview process will repeat i.e., from again technical aptitude. 6th Jan 2017:- all the members who were called were present around 9:30 itself, @9:30AM when we reached except security guard cum receptionist no other person was there around 10:15AM one by one employee started to come. @11AM they called us after registration they made to sit at particular place where they made some terrible planning and the wonder is client is also not prepared for the interview , they came and at that time they started to take printouts with few mistakes on questions. @12PM they gave us paper to write test. after 1.5hrs they told us to leave that they will inform about the result and next interview by call/mail within 9th Jan 2017, after that no communication from them. 10th Jan 2017 :- on 10th Jan 2017 when asked about status , HR told they let us know by thursday(12th Jan 2017) still no reply from them. 28th Jan 2017:- Again asked status of mine to both HR and Director , there is no reply from them. I got to know that some of them got reply atleast that they have not selected from client side for me still there is no reply. After all these now you guys may wondering salary packages and bonds and who is the cilent. Salary for M.Tech is 3.25LPA and for B.E is 2.4LPA Bond - 3 years ( if you break the bond then you have to pay double the amount they paid to us and upon that all cost they took for scheduling interview and for the resources used by us )
