It was hard to get connected with teh HR department. The interview kept getting post-poned

Very straightforward. Interviewed at the Rogers location with the team of engineers I'd be working with and then the mechanical engineering managers. Behavioral and basic background questions, nothing difficult. Then took a tour around the facility with my eventual manager.
