I was referred by a friend for this position so the process of getting in touch with a recruiter was pretty quick. I talked to a recruiter out of the NY office for my initial phone interview. Second phone interview was with one of the managers where he asked me a variety of questions regarding my experience and scenario questions like 'how would you assess a new client's potential earnings with AdSense'?. After that, I was brought into campus for an in person interview with three people. First was the senior manager of the department, and then two managers from two different teams. All lasted about 30 minutes or so. I was at Google for maybe an 2 hours. The recruiter got back to me about the team's decision in just 2 days or so. It was very quick. The senior manager was by the hardest, he told me he asked me MBA level questions and they were definitely not a breeze.
