Applied online and got a response the next day. They scheduled 3 one hour interviews, one with the hiring manager, one on technical leadership and another one on people leadership. All of it was over video chat. The last two interviews were with a pair. They followed an interview script and asked interesting questions. The recruiter kept me posted when there was no activity.
The recruiter discussed the compensation at the very beginning and I liked the transparency there. However, when they rejected my application, I couldn’t figure out much about the decision because it was a rather canned response. That part is frustrating, but not uncommon as a practice in the industry.
