Easy to crack, they are asking simple question for freshers and if you are experienced then you have to explain your role & responsibilty. Should be confident while interview. Just read about genpact before interview

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
