A recruiter reached out after I applied for a Project Manager position. She decided I didn't have the necessary qualifications for that role and suggested I interview for the Creative Operations Manager role. I accepted and interviewed with the Creative Director. She seemed distracted and uninterested. Never responded to any thank you email or inquiries on job status. Both the recruiter and the Creative Director are no longer with the company.
