J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Garner Health Technology en mars 2025
Entretien
Process was a recruiter screen, then a behavioral round, followed by a case study and more behavioral rounds. They claimed the case study would take only 2-3 hours to complete, when in reality one would need to spend 8-10+ hours on it to do a good job. Hiring Manager was quite adversarial during their interview round and decided the best use of time was to play mind games, assert control over the situation, and generally try to make the interview as unpleasant as possible. They did not review the submitted case study before the interview either, even though it was sent the night before and took significant effort to complete. Just a horrible interviewing experience all around, think twice before wasting your time interviewing with Garner.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you gave feedback to your boss. What was the feedback and how did the process go?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Garner Health Technology (New York, NY) en juil. 2024
Entretien
The process I went through was:
1. 45 min conversation with the hiring manager (HM)
2a. Complete take home assignment
2b. Present take home assignment to HM
For additional context -
(1) This interview process was new and actively being defined as I was going through it.
(2) I didn't make it all the way through the process - there was, I think, at least one more "working session" interview planned with a senior ops leader involving a job specific "puzzle" and system design.
(3) I had already interviewed with Garner Health for another role and so I was able to skip a "culture fit" interview that was normally held alongside the case study presentation interview.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time you had to hack a solution to something together (this might not be the exact question I got, but it's close)
