Absolutely wonderful experience. I applied in January me got a call end of March for a phone interview. Spoke with Melissa who was very sweet and she invited me to Denver. Stayed the Hyatt House which was a beautiful note that included breakfast and evening social gathering. Airfare and hotel included. Interview was 2 rounds. One round with 2 flight attendants and one round with 2 members of management. There was a breif video presentation and Q&A session. We're a group of around 30-35 people and were split to a morning or afternoon time slot. Lunch provided. Everyone is so extremely nice and it felt like family already. Just be yourself and be confident. My interviews only asked a few questions. You'll find out if you are invited to training or not same day. You'll also do the HR paperwork and things after offer. NO TATTOOS! Ladies wear your hair up.

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
