The phone interview was a conference between several managers at the site. They asked the typical interview questions. What is your experience? What are your plans, etc.? What was most challenging was the fact that multiple people were listening and commenting or supplementing questions to you. The overall application process was simple because everything was done online. The interview was the only challenging portion of the process.
