Phone interview with basic questions about yourself. Then she asks you to take a test online that asks you "moral and value" questions. After this you have a in person interview with the HR lady that you talked to on the phone. She asks you why you answered certain question on the questionaire and also more about your past work experiences. then she will ask you to talk a drug test as well as a skills test. After this you are interviewed a few days lady by the warehouse manager. Then you find out if you are hired.
