I spoke with an HR rep for a 45 minute phone screening. The call was extensive and the rep knew a lot about the company, however he had little knowledge about the open position. When I asked who will be the hiring manager, he did not know. I was asked unimportant questions like which activities I participated in high school as well as my high school GPA. For reference- I had graduated from college 2 years prior to the interview. The questions were a bit uncomfortable and pressing. Overall, the company did not seem like they were prepared to take on more employees and came off a little too ambitious.
