I was a huge fan of the interview process at FF. I thought they did an excellent job of balancing in person and phone interviews to ensure that you talked with the proper stakeholders while also not taking over your calendar. They were very flexible, even meeting after normal business hours on multiple occasions, helping navigate my busy schedule while always understanding that my current job had to take priority during the process. Additionally, they were very responsive and made it a priority to let you know about next steps and answer any questions you had about the position or the company.
