I emailed my resume along with a cover letter. The manager called me for an interview. I went in the store. He interviewed me right in the store. There were a lot of personality questions, strengths and weaknesses, and customer situational questions. He asked about hours of availability and pay. Towards the end, he asked me to sell him a pen.

Entretien
The interviewer were really friendly and it hardly felt like an interview but i think it was because i had a reference, which can really help. I would say that you should be able to show your confidence and be able to present yourself really well
There was a primary interview over the phone, which included some scenario based questions. After successfully completing this, there was interview in the location of the job posting. The interview involved some more scenario questions.
