It was very streamlined but they took a long time to make the offer. The interview was with on shore and india leadership. Questions were on strategy than domain Thanks
Standard interview questions were asked all throughout the interview process (e.g., what are your strengths / weaknesses, how do you manage teams) and quick follow-ups from HR. Overall the process was streamlined and efficient.

Excellent first contact with in-house executive recruiter. The recruiter covered the org, industry, role, and working logistics and answered questions in first 30 minute call.
30 minute video call with the hiring manager discussed the role and my background. All fairly typical at this stage.
