My recent experience with the recruitment process was disappointing. The recruitment person was often late and lacked transparency. Feedback took too long, causing uncertainty. What puzzled me the most was being told I was advancing, only to receive a rejection without further interviews. It felt like a waste of time and left me confused about the process. Improvement is needed in punctuality, communication, and decision-making transparency for future candidates' benefit.

The interview itself was good but they asked for a 1 hour test and two business case interviews after (each one hour) but then start in 3.5 weeks from the first interview for just 600€ salary. Dont offer anything but ask a lot. This gave me no reason at all to continue the process.

Interview was great but the assesment was nothing like they asked to practive and very difficult. In my opinion they should cater the assessments to the positions. maybe create an easier assessment that relates to the job and not figures and sequences.
