The Interview Process was incredibly quick and simple. I applied for the position and received a phone call to schedule the interview within a day or two. I was interviewed by my eventual supervisor, and after some questions that inquired about my desire to work with the population, my organizational skills, and my social skills and my conflict resolution skills, I was offered the position later that afternoon.
