Entretien
Initially, I was contacted by phone and asked a few preliminary questions about the information on my resume such as gaps in employment. Then the recruiter scheduled an interview for the next day. During the interview I was asked to tell about a time when I had to deal with a difficult customer and was I familiar with any computer software. Also asked what I knew about cash handling and my availability. I got the impression from comments made by the interviewer that customer service and the ability to upsell products were key skills to have so be prepared to give examples of how you were successful at both.
