Applied online and heard back from HR shortly thereafter. Had a quick phone screen with HR who had said they already wanted to bring me into the office in person so it was more about me learning more about the company/position. Met with the head of the Stamford office as well as a two on one interview with two Engagement Managers. Standard client service questions but one thing that was lacking in my background was experience with financial software which was obviously a glaring hole and probably why I did not end up receiving the offer. They really emphasized fit as well since it is a small office.

I had a phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews on 2 separate occasions with 3 people each time. I never heard back after my second in person interview with Eze software. They completely ghosted me. You would think I would hear something back after being in the office on two separate occasions.
