I already made it to their SF office and was told that they needed to reschedule-which was unprofessional. The agency should have given me advance notice! We rescheduled and I came in to interview for a few different positions. After filling out tons of forms, I waited 15 mins to have a 10 min conversation with the recruiter. It was not much of an interview--at all. I just gave an elevator speech and how much my rate was. I set aside an hour to review the positions my recruiter said she wanted to discuss with me. However, in the course of 1 days, ALL the positions were filled. No one again bothered to tell me this prior to the interview. It was a waste of my time, the company may have just wanted to pad their resume bank. Staffing firms can be your friend or foe....this one clearly had red flags.
