Interviewed for a newly created position with the company. 1 phone interview and 2 in person. The downtime between the 1st in person and 2nd was over 2 weeks when told it would be 1 week. Come to find out they had put the position on hold but failed to notify me. The downtime between the 2nd interview and hearing back on the outcome was over 2 weeks when I was informed that I would hear back within the week. Good interactions with all parties during the 2 in person interviews but they felt extremely rushed.
