For all the talk about the culture and how amazing it is to work for Edwards Lifesciences, they do not live up to that reputation. I went through multiple interviews and had to take time off from work only to be ghosted. Maybe it was just my experience but a quick reply would have been nice given the time and effort invested into the process.
