I was referred by an old manager who had just started working at Edelman. I received an invitation from a contract recruiter at Edelman to chat on the phone, and sent my resume. After chatting on the phone I came in and spoke w/ a SVP and EVP. The interview was very loose and enjoyable, really just a conversation about the digital industry. My second interview was again w/ an EVP and SVP, as well as an account executive and a creative VP. Again, the interview was enjoyable and conversation based. They do their best to really sell the place, and it makes it feel like a mutual interview (no so much the prospect wanting a job and Edelman seeing if they should hire).
