Once I applied online for the position, I was requested to write a short note on why I feel I am suitable for the position. About a week after that I was interviewed by the Talent Acquisition Manager from Singapore for over an hour. A fortnight later on South Asia Head interviewed me on one-on-one basis over coffee for over an hour in Mumbai. The entire process took about a month. Later on I was told I was considered to be over qualified for the position.
