I am currently in the 2nd interview. I first had a phone call with a recruiter who went over my resume and asked a few questions for me to verify any “hands on” skill set. Next was a Zoom interview with the district manager. Now I am scheduled for another Zoom interview with the district manager and his boss. Lengthy and in-depth process, that seems to be a great company!

One whole day assessment. They were eliminating candidates after each round. They try to make in intensive, but you are confident enough, should not be be a problem. In the assessment they have aptitude test, presentation, group work, and an interview, all them were easy if you are confident

They strung me along because I was a female and they wanted to hire me. The people who have final say so didn't allow and they couldn't tell me that. They just said that there were not any openings, at the moment! I wish I never gave them all my time at the career fair. I could have spoke to more recruiters from other companies.
