Two stage process. On the second phase there were three interviews with top management (Directors, VPs and General Managers). All interviews were behavior based, which means questions like "tell me a time when..." and "Give me an example of an experience which..." Second phase was on their headquarters and all expenses with the trip were paid by the company.
