Self introduction followed by questions on our goals, aspiration, technical knowledge/experience, case studies and cultural fit with the company. It was an hour long and performed offline. I had 4 senior managers for my user interview.

Disappointing. The interviewer was quite uptight. Had to mail HR multiple times over months for an update even though I was informed I would get news within a week. Eventually emailed the company email to get a response which was relatively faster. Still, the unprofessionalism shows!

Interview process was unnecessarily complicated. Got ghosted after my final interview. Sent a follow-up email and got ignored. Would have preferred if I got some feedback, especially after completing 4 different recruitment stages.
