Took only 1 face to face interview with a recruiter and it was far from being professional. The lady who conducted the interview asked my age, if I`m married and if I have any kids. These are all illegal questions to ask in a job interview. This person is not capable of being a recruiter. How would she recruit a recruiter? Then they made an offer which was shocking since the offered salary was only peanuts and when I made a counter offer, they became unresponsive and just ghosted me. I got an automatic notification from their ATS saying my application was withdrew.
