Was a very unstructured and slightly unprofessional interview process. People and culture manager asked very basic 'straight out of kindergarten' questions unspecific to the role. Withdrew my application, and was still contacted afterwards, due to lacking communication between recruiter and P&C. Everyone in the room was a relatively new hire, feeding into rumours I have heard that the company is not a good place to work and has poor leadership and culture.
