The interview process was different compared to other companies that hire similar positions. You start off by listening to them present their company technologies, services, and tech stacks. It was definitely an amazing product presentation with all the services and products they have built. But it seemed like the interview was about them and not the candidate. It felt more like they were showing off and being completely oblivious about it. I probably only spoke about 10 - 15 minutes about myself in the whole entire 1-hour interview. Post-interview - Terrible experience. I was supposed to expect a follow-up email from their team, but no communication after 2 weeks.

It takes them a lot of time to reaponse to every step. They do not seem very open minded as I passed the test and the interview went really well, but I was in first year and they where looking for someone to come back for full time. Took them more than a month to respond after the interview.
