1st interview, phone screening, is easy quick and just a briefing of your experience. 2nd interview, 30-40 minute assessment of skills (problem solving, typing speed, personality test). Then a brief 10-15 minute interview with an HR representative. The first to second interview was a quick turnaround in response and scheduling. After the second interview I was ghosted after sending a follow-up email.
