The interviewing process was the same as any other interviewing process once they found out that I met certain qualifications even though I was an office job for at least three years they still let me be a part of the team

Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
