The interview process with Dell was relatively simple. I went through my campus career center and had a 1:1 interview on campus. The interviewer was very knowledgeable about the position I was a applying for and very open about discussing the company, culture, and answering any questions. It was a standard interview with mostly personality based questions. I was very impressed with the interviewer and interview itself. However they took around 2 months before getting back to me, after numerous inquiries.
