Felt like a waste of time. The HR manager came across as unprepared and disinterested in being on call which was very off putting. Showed up approximately 10 minutes late to 30 minutes call, didn’t acknowledge she was late and had camera off for video call the entire time. Started with asking about why resume gap when a glance and basic inference would indicate that I was in school during period or would ask questions that are unrelated to my role and experience that seem to come from a generic question bank. All in all experience was a turn-off and made the prospect of joining undesirable.

Recruiters explained process well. Behavioral interview, case interview, then case presentation. There was about a week at each phase and main recruiter was helpful. I completed the behavioral virtually then did a meet and greet on site with leaders
