Phone interviews with 5 people at different levels. Very thorough and fair interviews. Lower level interviews were too easy, while one of the higher level interviews was extremely difficult. Afterwards I was called back to interview with my future boss and his boss. I did not like some of what the interviewers said and declined the offer.
