the interview were from DMI Phnom Penh the first interview was HR interview about your experience , current salary and the usual activities the second one didn't complete because it was supposed to be technical and only the only existed one was the project manager so they asked me to reschedule it [first time waste] after that they sent me a technical task and i did it so they asked me meet to discuss it after that they asked me about my references and i sent them two and i thought that its OK and i am waiting for the offer but the HR told me that she want to reschedule another interview because she has a potential offer [if she has an offer why she just send it via mail] in that interview she asked me repeated questions [from the first one (the second time waste)] and all of a sudden she told me that my position will be software engineer not Senior software engineer although i have passed all the interviews as she said and i asked her why that she told me that the technical assessment from the technical team told here that [why !!] she told me she will get ask them and she will get back to me after that she told me that i will be mid-level - high and within year or may be sooner than this period i will be Senior i asked here why she told me i didn't apply test development and i told here no i did so she rescheduled another meeting with the dev manager who told me i am not expert enough in unit testing and i told them its OK no problem after that i was waiting for the offer but she didn't contact me so i asked here about the feedback and the offer she told me that she will get back to me by the end of the week after that she want to make a Skype call with MY WIFE !!!!!! at the beginning i told my self no problem but the problem that i have an offer and i want here to speed up the process she refused and i knew that not only her who will meet my wife on Skype but also the project manager which make me decline the meeting and i told her that i will accept my current offer after all i want to say that it was unprofessional and very time consuming .
