After applying I received an email from a recruiter to do some assessments. They took a good 2 hours and required things like basic math and logic problems. Basically everything you forgot from high school when you went to college. After that I got a phone call to set up an interview and told about the job. I agreed to do the interview (thinking I wasn't going to get the job and it didn't matter since I had accepted another job offer before) The interview was me taking another assessment and then meeting with my potential bosses and their bosses. There was very little feed back if they even liked me or not but I was told they wanted to move forward in the hiring process. This was a Friday. On Monday i was called to go take a drug test and they were doing my background check. I did my drug test that Tuesday and was told that I would hear from someone by the end of the week. Nothing. I waited and two weeks after my interview I got the offer officially with the offer letter. I still don't know if they wanted me as an employee out of liking me or whatever they were thinking.

Submitted Internal Tranfer Request, did several online tests both at home and in the office, 1 interview with manager, offer. Internal requirements included not being on any sort of written attendance or behavior notification, being in my current position 6 months or more, meeting metrics, and having my supervisor sign off on it.
