Initially I was required to take a 60 question mechanical competency assessment which did not seem to difficult. My interview was with the maintenance manager and took about one hour. I was asked a general set of questions about how I handle working with a team, how I am able to deal with different situations under stress in addition to technical questions. A couple of the questions about working with electricity did trip me up so I would definitely prepare for that better in the future.
