HR interview, user interview, psikotest and offer negotiation. Pretty straightforward and done under 10 days. They prefer to hire from brokerage background with broad knowledge of commercial real estate. Nothing much to prepare beforehand.

Hiring Process constituted a written test which was case study based, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Since my written test went on very well I was given an opportunity to directly land up with face to face personal and technical interview.

There will be three rounds of interview. Understanding what Cushman and Wakefield does is very important. Third round will mostly be video conference round where senior leadership team will be taking interview and they expect nothing less than a while collar attire for an interview. Key is to be prepared about their business and understand what position demands.
