We started off by getting to know me, and my opinion on fitness and why it matter. Then, we discussed the companies rules and guidelines. Lastly, I was asked why would I make a great fit at CRUNCH.

sending an application -> phone screening interview with a hiring manager -> showing up an audition -> hearing from the hiring manager through text message or email. overall very easy and casual setup, people are respectful.

Interview process was easy and they were so helpful with getting the certificates needed for my role. The whole staff was Very supportive, I am truly so excited about this opportunity

What my why is for becoming a group fitness instructor
There is an audition process. Some auditions are held in a group while others are held one on one. It depends on the management team/ hiring team how the auditions are held.
